RETURN

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can initiate a return by sending us a message at joonas@ateljeesalo.com . Please note that the customer pays for the return postage.

We do not accept products that are sent back to us without a return request.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable products

Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

Unless otherwise stated in the above terms and conditions, you may cancel or return orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. Such a return requires that the product is in the same condition as when it was received, has not been used or worn, has not had any tags removed, and is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Payment refunds

We will notify you when your refund has been received and reviewed. We will also let you know whether we will approve the refund. If your refund is approved, your money will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and deposit it into your account.
